The House

The Gamma Alpha chapter house will be an L-shaped structure of stone and brick with a view of the river. There will be a total of 33 beds on the first and second floors. We are working closely with our house designer, Bob Alcorn of Fletcher Architects, Inc. to create a beautiful and welcoming space for collegians to live in and for all Delta Gamma members and friends to appreciate for many years.
 
"Naming Opportunities" will include: the entire chapter house, the chapter room, the bedrooms, the office, and the storage area. The foyer, the kitchen, the fitness/exercise room and a powder room have already been "Reserved".
 
The two story house will be located in the Sorority Village at Morgan Hill on the corner of Neyland Drive and Kingston Pike. It'll be the house with the anchor out in front!

Location

The Sorority Village at Morgan Hill will be located near the intersection of Neyland Drive and Kingston Pike and is conveniently located near the University of Tennessee Visitors Center.

 

The Gamma Alpha chapter house will be located near the entrance of the Sorority Village at Morgan Hill off of Neyland Drive. In the image below the lot upon which the Gamma Alpha house will be built is notated as the "M" lot.
